I had only met Lorna for a week until we got an offer accepted and it was our first offer on a house. As a first-time homebuyer, I believe this is rare since today's market is a sellers market. It is almost impossible to find a house these days as a first time homebuyer, but she helped me with ease and she gave me confidence to how the negotiations/closing works. She is knowledgeable and approachable; you can literally ask her any questions and she will answer straight-forward. She worked hard on getting our offer done; stayed up late night to get the deal done before the deadline. I am really glad that I have Lorna to represent me, I wouldn't have gotten my new house if it wasn't for her expertise. I would choose her again as my agent if I were to buy another house.
